Аннотация

В статье описаны исследования по оценке эффективности комбинированной терапии ингибиторами 5α-редуктазы и α-адреноблокаторами мужчин с гиперплазией предстательной железы (ГПЖ). Данные исследования продемонстрировали существенное улучшение симптоматики и качества жизни пациентов. Представлены основные стратегии Российских клинических рекомендаций в отношении пациентов с ГПЖ.
