Аннотация

Методики эндоскопической энуклеации простаты (ЭЭП), такие как HoLEP (holmium laser enucleation of the prostate), ThuLEP (thulium laser enucleation of the prostate) и электроэнуклеация (моно- или биполярная), высокоэффективны и безопасны, что подтверждается рекомендациями Европейской ассоциации урологов, в последней версии которых их называют альтернативой не только открытой аденомэктомии, но и трансуретральной резекции простаты (EAU Guidelines on Treatment of Non-neurogenic Male LUTS 2018 г.). Поэтому перед многими урологами встает вопрос о возможности замены общепринятых на сегодняшний день методов лечения ДГПЖ. В своей работе мы проанализировали, как развивались методики ЭЭП, в чем их плюсы и минусы, а также чем они на сегодняшний день являются: лишь популярным трендом или новым стандартом хирургического лечения ДГПЖ?
