Abstract


Кинетические параметры опухолей одного генеза весьма вариабельны и не могут быть оценены только по клинико-морфологической картине болезни. Пролиферативная активность опухоли - один из важнейших показателей ее биологической агрессивности, играющий роль в прогнозировании достижения лечебного эффекта и выживаемости больных раком молочной железы (РМЖ). Целью данного исследования было изучение прогностической значимости пролиферативной активности, плоидности и содержания стероидных рецепторов в опухолях молочной железы.
