The main tasks are formulated when automating the technological process of imposing cellular insulation with extrusion lines. Systems have been developed to stabilize the pressure in the cable head of the extruder and stabilization of the polymer melt temperature in the dosing zone of the extruder have been developed. The analysis of the work of the systems for stabilization of the operating parameters of the process equipment carried out using computer simulation proved their high efficiency.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Предложена методика управления наложением химически вспененной изоляции при изготовлении высокочастотных проводных кабелей связи высокой регулярности, обеспечивающая достижение требуемых характеристик выпускаемой продукции. Сформулированы основные задачи, решаемые при автоматизации технологического процесса наложения химически вспененной изоляции на экструзионных линиях. Разработаны системы стабилизации давления в формующем инструменте экструдера и стабилизации температуры расплава полимера в зоне дозирования экструдера.
