The history of the change in the development strategy of the company SEKIRUS and its transformation into an industrial integrator of laser innovations is described. The main advantage of laser technologies is the high technological reproducibility of industrial processes, which achieves successful commercialization when introduced into laser machines. However, control systems are needed to fine tune them. The tactics of achieving industrial leadership through an emphasis on the development of control electronics, video monitoring systems, and decision-making algorithms are described. The company pays special attention to the development of controllers for various types of operations performed using laser machines.
Описана история смены стратегии развития компании SEKIRUS и ее превращение в индустриального интегратора лазерных инноваций. Основное преимущество лазерных технологий – высокая технологическая воспроизводимость индустриальных процессов – достигает успешной коммерциализации при внедрении в лазерные станки. Однако для их точной настройки нужны системы управления. Описана тактика достижения промышленного лидерства через акцент на разработке управляющей электроники, систем видеоконтроля, алгоритмах принятия решений. Особое внимание в компании уделяют разработке контроллеров для разных видов операций, производимых с помощью лазерных станков.
