For the ordinary air breakdown, a voltage of 1–30 kV per centimeter is required. The photographs of radiation shapes in the optical spectral region for two types of breakdowns are provided. The possible reverse of the Doppler effect and Cherenko radiation on the fractal metamaterials is discussed.</p>
Приведены фотографии форм излучений в оптической области спектра для двух типов пробоя и обсуждена возможность обращения эффекта Доплера и излучения Черенкова-Вавилова на метаматериалах из фракталов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>fractals from the nano-sized aluminum droplets</kwd><kwd>polymer filaments made of aromatic polyamide fiber</kwd><kwd>plasma</kwd><kwd>off-surface highly conductive condition</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>фракталы из наноразмерных капель алюминия</kwd><kwd>полимерные нити из волокна ароматического полиамида</kwd><kwd>плазма</kwd><kwd>надповерхностное высокопроводящее состояние</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The study was supported by the grant provided by the Russian Science Foundation No. 24-29-00129, https://rscf.ru/project/24–29–00129/.</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Исследование выполнено за счет гранта Российского научного фонда № 24–29–00129, https://rscf.ru/project/24–29–00129/.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Gurevich A V, Milikh G A., Roussel-Dupre R.
