However, the production process is complicating by the formation of residual stresses and deformations in the part, which negatively affect its quality. The field of distribution of stresses and deformations in the part is associated with its geometry. This article presents the main compensation methods of part distortion and describes the types of typical part deformations for DLD. The deformation compensation results are presented on example of four different parts made of stainless steel grade 12Ch18Ni10Ti (analogue AISI 304) and heat-resistant alloy VZh159.</p>
Представлены результаты компенсации деформаций на примере четырех изделий различной формы, из нержавеющей стали марки 12Х18Н10Т и жаропрочного сплава ВЖ159.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Additive technologies</kwd><kwd>Direct laser deposition (DLD)</kwd><kwd>Residual stresses and deformations</kwd><kwd>Turbines</kwd><kwd>Deformations compensation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Аддитивные технологии</kwd><kwd>прямое лазерное выращивание</kwd><kwd>остаточные напряжения и деформации</kwd><kwd>газотурбинная установка</kwd><kwd>компенсация деформаций</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The reported study was funded by RFBR, according to the research project No 20-38-90206.</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Исследование выполнено при финансовой поддержке РФФИ в рамках научного проекта № 20-38-90206.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Liu S., Shin Y.
