To avoid parasitic vibrations, geometry violations and loss of movement accuracy, the machine bed is made rigid and additionally weighted with polymer concrete. After welding, the bed is subjected to high-temperature tempering and artificial aging. The design of the laser head has a built-in collision protection system.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье описаны методы, применяемые в конструкции станков лазерной резки для снижения влияния серьезных динамических нагрузок из-за высоких скоростных и динамических перемещений портала. Во избежание возникновения паразитных вибраций, нарушения геометрии и потери точности перемещений станине станка придают жесткость и дополнительно утяжеляют ее полимерным бетоном. После сварки станина подвергается высокотемпературному отпуску и искусственному старению.
