The 70-micron thickness graft which was formed using a femtosecond laser has been reported to hold the potential to survive sufficiently long after posterior lamellar keratoplasty and provides good structural and functional outcomes.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Прооперировано 5 пациентов женского пола (5 глаз) по поводу вторичной эндотелиальной дистрофии роговицы на фоне артифакии с применением технологии задней послойной фемтокератопластики с использованием трансплантата толщиной 70 мкм.
