It has been adjusted, that microorganism multiples in protozoa. Passaging leads to increasing of production of extracellular enzymes, motility and decreasing of virulence of microorganism.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проведен пассаж культуры возбудителя мелиоидоза, Burkholderia pseudomallei, в клетках Tetrahymena pyriformis. Установлена способность микроорганизма к выживанию и размножению в простейших.
