This is a metod of chelating activity detection. Real-time technique in data registration was used and integrative analysis in comparison of the results was applied. It gived a possible to evaluate the chelation properties of pioglitazone without calculation of IC50. This variant is most acual for spread screening of chelating activity.</p>
Это позволило вести более быстрое определение активности и использовать в сравнительном анализе одну концентрацию в противовес стандартному концентрационному исследованию.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>ascorbate</kwd><kwd>multifunctional autoxidation</kwd><kwd>chelation</kwd><kwd>copper sulfate (II)</kwd><kwd>real-time analysis</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>аскорбиновая кислота</kwd><kwd>многофункциональная антиоксидантность</kwd><kwd>хелация</kwd><kwd>сульфат меди (II)</kwd><kwd>исследование в реальном времени</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Шамшина Д.Д., Литвинов РА.
