The questioning was conducted simultaneously in a 24-hour in-patient clinic. A survey was conducted of all patients discharged from the hospital during the week, and all medical workers who worked during the period. The questionnaire for staff includes questions about patient satisfaction. The formulation of questions is «mirror» to the questions of the questionnaire of patients.
