The clinical picture of neurogenic bladder presents various symptoms and severity. Depending on the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease, there are various approaches to the treatment of neurogenic bladder. Idiopathic overactive bladder has no pathogenetic treatment, because the pathogenesis of this disease is not studied. The methods of treatment are divided into drug and non-drug. Until the end, the effect on the detrusor state of drug instillations and physical methods of exposure remains unexplored.neurogenic bladderoveractive bladder (OAB)instillationelectrical stimulation of the bladderнейрогенный мочевой пузырьгиперактивный мочевой пузырь (ГАМП)инстилляции лекарственных средств в мочевой пузырьэлектростимуляция мочевого пузыря[Аль-Шукри С.Х., Кузьмин И.В., Лукина Е.Е.
