by high-performance liquid chromatography is described. MEGX was measured after direct injection upon addition of the internal standard (trimethoprim). The procedure produced linear curves for the concentration range of 20-1000 ng/ml
with a limit of detection 10 ng/ml. This assay produced accurate and repeatable results.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Описан простой, точный и чувствительный способ количественного определения моноэтилглицинксилидида
в плазме крови методом высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии. Для количественного определения использовался внутренний стандарт - триметоприм. Получена линейная зависимость в промежутке концентраций
20-1000 нг/мл с пределом чувствительности 10 нг/мл.
