Modern ideas about the biological principles of the structure and functioning of the tissues of the periimplant zone are one of the most significant factors in ensuring the stability of the crestal bone tissue. The soft-tissue component that forms the basis of the biological complex at the implant-suprastructure interface plays a key role in protecting the implant platform from non-physiological resorption processes.</p>
