Abstract

In terms of scientific and technological revolution the role of human capital ahead the role of material. Complex and diverse forms of human motivation offered opportunities not only to increased production, but also to intensive innovative movement. Unfortunately, often significant brake of the latter become the corruption phenomenon. Overcoming challenges together motivation is the subject of this article.
