Abstract
The issues of preserving the health of employees and improving their professional reliability have traditionally occupied one of the key places in scientific research and applied developments in the field of occupational medicine, hygiene and personnel management. Modern research convincingly shows that systematic care for the health of employees, especially in conditions of high professional loads, helps to reduce morbidity, increase productivity, improve mental and emotional health and reduce staff turnover.
