Regional Peculiarities of Primary Disability of Adult Population
Abstract
Primary disability dynamics among adult population of Lipetsk region by age and gender characteristics has been analyzed. Disability structure by major diseases classes for the period from 2020 to 2024 has been examined. Decrease of absolute number of citizens with primary disabilities has been revealed. Newly identified disability (NID) level among men is significantly higher than among women. The number of old people with disabilities prevails compared to other age groups (p < 0.05). In the structure of primary disability malignant neoplasms, circulatory, musculoskeletal systems and connective tissue diseases are dominated. High level and dynamics of NID growth among men over the working age requires more effective preventive programs for early detection of disabling pathology in predisposed individuals.

Comprehensive Rehabilitation of Elderly People in Stationary Social Service Institutions
Abstract
The article presents the results of the analysis of the capabilities of a stationary social service institution in organizing and conducting events for comprehensive medical and social rehabilitation of older people in permanent residence. It has been established that the implementation of a set of rehabilitation measures based on the concept of the “Matrix of Rehabilitation in the Microsocial Environment” recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) not only increases the level of activity and community participation of older people, but also ensures a high level of satisfaction with the quality and conditions of social services. Stress-Related Disorders in Victims of Combat Operations with Posttraumatic Amputations: Analysis of Psychodiagnostic Results
Abstract
Stress-related disorders identified in combatants are a serious medical problem that complicates rehabilitation measures both in the current and in the long-term periods. The purpose of this study was to analyze stress-related disorders in combatants with limb amputations and the features of their diagnosis. A selective analysis of a comprehensive psychopathological and psychodiagnostic examination of 175 combatants was conducted. The presence of atypical manifestations of stress-related disorders and comorbidity has been determined, which shows the prospects for further research in this area in order to improve the results of diagnosis and treatment of the above-mentioned type of disorders.
