Resumo
The article presents the results of the analysis of the capabilities of a stationary social service institution in organizing and conducting events for comprehensive medical and social rehabilitation of older people in permanent residence. It has been established that the implementation of a set of rehabilitation measures based on the concept of the “Matrix of Rehabilitation in the Microsocial Environment” recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) not only increases the level of activity and community participation of older people, but also ensures a high level of satisfaction with the quality and conditions of social services. This approach helps improve the quality of life of older people, helps them maintain independence and active participation in community life, emphasizing the importance of integrating medical and social rehabilitation into the social service system to achieve the best results.
