Abstract
Education in the field of bioethics is an important social problem. There are general and specific ways of its solution in different countries and different educational systems. A universal approach is required as bioethics is an international phenomenon implying a consensus regarding the basic questions life and health protection. The development of such an approach immediately involves defining the status and methodology of bioethics proper.
