STYLE OF MANAGEMENT AS SOCIOLOGICAL CRITERION OF THE ESTIMATION OF EFFICIENCY OF THE DOCTOR-HEAD

Abstract


The article contains results of the author's sociological research of socially-role parameters of professional work of the doctor-head of medical collective are stated. Negative tendencies in personal positions of the doctors-heads, complicating realization leader's roles, are noted at 15-25 % of heads.
