The national electronic communications network is an integral part of the basic network infrastructure, one of the country life support systems. Under the sanctions and other problems of the new geopolitical reality, the issues of ensuring its uninterrupted and high-quality operation, reducing probability of manifestation of systemic risks and threats of infrastructural nature associated with telecommunications are of particular importance. The paper discusses the Strategy of development of the communications industry of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2035.
Национальная сеть электронных коммуникаций – неотъемлемая составляющая базовой сетевой инфраструктуры, одна из систем жизнеобеспечения страны. В условиях санкций, иных проблем новой геополитической реальности особую значимость приобретают вопросы обеспечения ее бесперебойной и качественной работы, снижение вероятности проявления связанных с телекоммуникациями системных рисков и угроз инфраструктурного характера. В статье обсуждается Стратегия развития отрасли связи Российской Федерации на период до 2035 года.
