The assessment considered downlink (DL) and uplink (UL) communication paths of the NTN 5G network to determine the availability of such a communication channel with and without a Doppler shift compensator on the LEO satellite. A simulation study of the NTN satellite constellation operating in the S- and L-bands was conducted to compare the channel availability time with and without the Doppler frequency shift compensator. The obtained estimates made it possible to analyze the problems of using commercially available smartphones already operating in 5G networks for communication through such channels and the impact of Doppler frequency shift on them.</p>
Полученные оценки позволили проанализировать проблемы использования уже работающих в сетях 5G коммерчески доступных смартфонов для связи таких каналов связи и влияния на них доплеровского сдвига частоты.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>5G</kwd><kwd>satellite communication</kwd><kwd>NTN 5G network</kwd><kwd>Doppler shift</kwd><kwd>Doppler shift compensation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>5G</kwd><kwd>спутниковая связь</kwd><kwd>сеть NTN 5G</kwd><kwd>доплеровский сдвиг</kwd><kwd>компенсация доплеровского сдвига</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>3GPP TR 23.737.
