Abstract
In this article conceptual regulations of effectiveness's analysis of enterprise information portal (EIP) functioning are described. It also describes partition of new techniques and technologies on different groups ordered by various characteristics. Efficiency rating of those groups exerts influence on overall efficiency of EIP.
