Abstract
The article presents the results of the study involving 200 patients with various diseases of the oral mucosa. Comparative characteristics of the clinical results of local treatment of diseases of the oral mucosa, the vermilion border and boundary periodont using antiseptic agent Miramistin are shown. In addition, important aspects of the indications and contraindications for the use of this drug by patients of different categories are represented. Based on the results of the clinical study, Miramistin can be recommended as an effective drug in treatment of diseases of the oral cavity and vermilion border as part of combination therapy.
