The article is dedicated to the problem of psychopathological disorders in the internal medicine and their impact on the course of somatic, in particular cardiovascular diseases. General practitioners often are faced with depression and anxiety disorders. Given the fact that currently depression is considered as an independent factor of cardiovascular disease, and depression and anxiety more frequently occurs in patients with coronary heart disease than an average of population, timeliness of diagnosis and treatment of these disorders are critical issue for internists.

Рассматривается проблема психопатологических нарушений в клинике внутренних болезней и их влияния на течение соматических, в частности сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Наиболее часто врачи общей практики сталкиваются с депрессией и тревожными расстройствами. С учетом того, что в настоящее время депрессию рассматривают как независимый фактор развития кардиоваскулярных заболеваний, а у больных ишемической болезнью сердца депрессия и тревога встречаются гораздо чаще, нежели в среднем по популяции, важнейшее значение приобретает вопрос о своевременности диагностики и качестве лечения данных нарушений врачами-интернистами.
