We highlight the role of nitric oxide in the pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease, and the role of transcription factor NF-kB, involved in control of expression of genes coding for the synthesis of various antimicrobial products, anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines, and various enzymes and other. Data presented for the molecular genetic basis of pathogenesis of inflammatory diseases of digestive tract are very important to develop more effective methods of their therapy.</p>
Представленные данные о молекулярно-генетических основах патогенеза воспалительных заболеваний пищеварительного тракта важны для разработки более эффективных способов их терапии.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>intestinal microbiota</kwd><kwd>chronic inflammatory diseases</kwd><kwd>immune factors</kwd><kwd>nuclear factor NF-kB</kwd><kwd>cytokines</kwd><kwd>nitric oxide</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>микробиота кишечника</kwd><kwd>хронические воспалительные заболевания</kwd><kwd>факторы иммунитета</kwd><kwd>ядерный фактор NF-kB</kwd><kwd>цитокины</kwd><kwd>оксид азота</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Pickard KM, Brenner AN, Gordon JN, et al.
