In the study, including 52 patients, Buscopan significantly reduced the pain intensity in a period of 2 weeks management. The optimal dose was 20 mg 3 times daily, in this case the pain index decreased by 4 times compared with baseline. The frequency of the typical cholinolytic side effects of Buscopan is about 14% regardless of dose.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлены результаты клинического исследования по оценке целесообразности использования Бускопана (гиосцина бутилбромида) в лечении болевой формы хронического панкреатита. В исследовании, включившем 52 пациента, Бускопан значительно снижал интенсивность боли за 2 недели применения. Оптимальной была доза 20 мг 3 раза в день, при использовании которой индекс боли снижался в 4 раза по сравнению с исходным уровнем.
