У большинства онкологов и гинекологов, сталкивающихся с РМЖРБ только раз в несколько лет, существуют неправильные представления о биологии и прогнозе заболевания. Немногочисленные исследования показали сложную ассоциативную связь беременности и РМЖ. Недостаток информации затрудняет принятие решения для многих женщин с РМЖРБ или желающих забеременеть после ранее леченного РМЖ.
