We discuss the pathogenetic mechanisms of the major groups of drugs - antihistamines, mast cell membrane stabilizers, topical glucocorticosteroids and allergen-specific immunotherapy. The presented methods for treatment of seasonal allergic condition are studied in numerous international and native studies, which have fully demonstrated their competence and solvency.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Статья посвящена современным принципам терапии поллиноза и таких его проявлений, как аллергический ринит, аллергический конъюнктивит, атопический дерматит, бронхиальная астма. Обсуждаются патогенетические механизмы действия основных групп препаратов - антигистаминных средств, стабилизаторов мембран тучных клеток, топических глюкокортикостероидов и аллерген-специфической иммунотерапии.
