The trend toward lower leptin level against the background of hyperinsulinemia, insulin resistance, and lower levels of testosterone and SHBG was noted in this category of patients.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлены результаты исследования взаимосвязи уровней лептина, инсулина, тестостерона, глобулина, связывающего половые гормоны (ГСПГ), индекса Каро, липидного спектра, антропометрических показателей у 65 пациентов с пубертатно-юношеским диспитуитаризмом.
