Data for the pathogenesis, risk factors, diagnosis, clinical manifestations and treatment of this syndrome are presented. The association of OSA with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, stroke, and atherosclerosis is demonstrated.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Обсуждается проблема синдрома обструктивного апноэ сна (СОАС). Представлены данные по патогенезу, факторам риска, диагностике, клинике и методам лечения данного синдрома.
