The article is dedicated to the gastroenterological disorders occurring in diabetic autonomic neuropathy (DAN) in patients with diabetes mellitus. Mechanisms of development, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and approaches to the treatment of most common forms of the gastrointestinal diseases against the background of DAN are considered.

Статья посвящена гастроэнтерологическим нарушениям, возникающим при диабетической автономной невропатии (ДАН) у больных сахарным диабетом. Раскрываются механизмы развития, клинические проявления, диагностика и принципы лечения наиболее распространенных форм поражения желудочно-кишечного тракта на фоне ДАН.
