Against the background of Zinaxin use, pain intensity significantly decreased during the first and subsequent months: in addition, Zinaxin was well tolerated in long-term use by the patients. The drug can be recommended for patients with chronic nonspecific back pain as an alternative or additional preparation to traditional NSAIDs.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлены результаты исследования эффективности и безопасности нестероидного противовоспалительного средства (НПВС) растительного происхождения Зинаксина (содержащего два специально отобранных экстракта имбиря) у 20 пациентов с обострением хронического болевого синдрома пояснично-крестцовой локализации. На фоне приема Зинаксина интенсивность боли достоверно снижалась в течение первого и последующих месяцев; кроме того, отмечена хорошая переносимость Зинаксина, что позволило пациентам принимать его в течение длительного времени.
