The article considers the results of study included 85 men with premature ejaculation (PE) and concomitant erectile dysfunction (ED), whose goal was optimization of treatment with phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE-5) inhibitor - tadalafil. The results have shown that the use of PDE-5 inhibitors in clinical practice enhances the treatment of patients with PE in combination with ED or without ED. Given the pharmacokinetic characteristics of tadalafil, this drug may be considered as the most appropriate PDE-5 inhibitor for the treatment of patients with PE.

Представлены результаты исследования, включившего 85 мужчин с преждевременной эякуляцией (ПЭ) и сопутствующей эректильной дисфункцией (ЭД), целью которого была оптимизация их лечения с помощью препарата группы ингибиторов фосфодиэстеразы 5 типа (ФДЭ-5) - тадалафила. Результаты исследования показали, что использование в клинической практике препаратов группы ингибиторов ФДЭ-5 расширяет возможности терапии больных ПЭ как в сочетании, так и без ЭД. С учетом фармакокинетических особенностей тадалафил можно считать наиболее подходящим препаратом из группы ингибиторов ФДЭ-5 для лечения больных ПЭ.
