The article presents the results of study involving 20 patients with acute and chronic rhinosinusitis. The study was aimed to evaluation of efficacy and safety of levofloxacin (Levolet) for the treatment of such patients. Levofloxacin was used for 10 days at a dose of 500 mg/day. The study showed that the drug Levolet is effective in the treatment of acute bacterial rhinosinusitis and exacerbations of chronic rhinosinusitis and well tolerated.

Представлены результаты исследования с участием 20 пациентов с острым и хроническим риносинуситом. Целью исследования была оценка эффективности и безопасности применения левофлоксацина (Леволета) для лечения таких больных. Левофлоксацин применяли в течение 10 дней в дозе 500 мг/сут. Результаты исследования показали, что препарат Леволет эффективен при лечении острого бактериального риносинусита и обострении хронического риносинусита, хорошо переносится больными.
