The study was aimed to evaluation of efficacy and safety of levofloxacin (Levolet) for the treatment of such patients. Levofloxacin was used for 10 days at a dose of 500 mg/day. The study showed that the drug Levolet is effective in the treatment of acute bacterial rhinosinusitis and exacerbations of chronic rhinosinusitis and well tolerated.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлены результаты исследования с участием 20 пациентов с острым и хроническим риносинуситом. Целью исследования была оценка эффективности и безопасности применения левофлоксацина (Леволета) для лечения таких больных. Левофлоксацин применяли в течение 10 дней в дозе 500 мг/сут.
