It is shown that micro-and macronutrient deficiency is one of the most important factors in the development and severe course of the disease. The results of epidemiological, clinical, biochemical and experimental studies are presented; these results suggest association of malnutrition in chronic pancreatitis with pancreatic carcinogenesis. Some of the controversial aspects of replacement enzyme therapy are discussed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье проанализирована роль нарушений питания в патогенезе хронического панкреатита. Показано, что дефицит микро- и макронутриентов является одним из важнейших факторов развития и тяжелого течения заболевания. Приведены данные эпидемиологических, клинико-биохимических и экспериментальных исследований, которые позволяют сделать вывод о связи нарушений питания при хроническом панкреатите с канцерогенезом поджелудочной железы.
