The article analyzed the role of nutritional disorders in the pathogenesis of chronic pancreatitis. It is shown that micro-and macronutrient deficiency is one of the most important factors in the development and severe course of the disease. The results of epidemiological, clinical, biochemical and experimental studies are presented; these results suggest association of malnutrition in chronic pancreatitis with pancreatic carcinogenesis. Some of the controversial aspects of replacement enzyme therapy are discussed.

В статье проанализирована роль нарушений питания в патогенезе хронического панкреатита. Показано, что дефицит микро- и макронутриентов является одним из важнейших факторов развития и тяжелого течения заболевания. Приведены данные эпидемиологических, клинико-биохимических и экспериментальных исследований, которые позволяют сделать вывод о связи нарушений питания при хроническом панкреатите с канцерогенезом поджелудочной железы. Описаны некоторые спорные вопросы заместительной ферментной терапии.
