The role of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in the prevention of cardiovascular complications, including ventricular arrhythmias and sudden death in patients with heart failure and coronary heart disease is demonstrated.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлены результаты клинических исследований, в которых изучалась возможность дополнительного влияния антигиперлипидемических препаратов (статинов, полиненасыщенных жирных кислот) на прогноз больных хронической сердечной недостаточностью (ХСН).
