It was found that the combination of a number of MRI signs - diffuse heterogeneous "amplification" of focus in the arterial phase, rapid "washout" of contrast agent in the venous phase (with persistent heterogeneity of the internal structure of the focus), hyperintensity on DWI with isointensity on ICD-cards and hypointensity of focus in hepatospecific phase - allows to reliable identify such detectable focal lesion as HCC.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В исследовании, включившем 25 больных гепатоцеллюлярным раком, оценивались возможности проведения уточненной дифференциальной диагностики гепатоцеллюлярного рака (ГЦР) с помощью применения гепатоспецифического контрастного препарата гадоксетовой кислоты (Примовист) и методики диффузионно-взвешенной магнитнорезонансной томографии (ДВ-МРТ). Установлено, что сочетание ряда МРТ-признаков - диффузного гетерогенного “усиления " очага в артериальную фазу, быстрого “вымывания " контрастного препарата в венозную фазу (при сохраняемой гетерогенности внутренней структуры очага), гиперинтенсивности на ДВ-изображениях при изоинтенсивности на ИКД-картах и гипоинтенсивности очага в гепатоспецифическую фазу - позволяет уверенно диагностировать выявляемое очаговое образование как ГЦР.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>hepatocellular carcinoma</kwd><kwd>diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging</kwd><kwd>contrast agents</kwd><kwd>gadoxetic acid</kwd><kwd>Primovist</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>гепатоцеллюлярный рак</kwd><kwd>диффузионно-взвешенная магнитно-резонансная томография</kwd><kwd>контрастные препараты</kwd><kwd>гадоксетовая кислота</kwd><kwd>Примовист</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Seale M.K., Catalano O.A., Saini S., Hahn P.F., Sahani D.V.
