Approaches to optimization of management of chronic hepatitis B patients at the outpatient treatment stage including collaboration of various specialists and criteria for antiviral therapy are presented.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Рассмотрены эпидемиология и принципы серологического мониторинга хронического гепатита В (ХГВ), особенности амбулаторной диагностики этого заболевания, его клиническая картина.
