The article considers the epidemiology and principles of serological monitoring of chronic hepatitis B (CHB), features of diagnosis of this disease in outpatient settings, and its clinical picture. Approaches to optimization of management of chronic hepatitis B patients at the outpatient treatment stage including collaboration of various specialists and criteria for antiviral therapy are presented.

Рассмотрены эпидемиология и принципы серологического мониторинга хронического гепатита В (ХГВ), особенности амбулаторной диагностики этого заболевания, его клиническая картина. Представлены подходы к оптимизации тактики ведения больных ХГВ на амбулаторном этапе с указанием этапности участия различных специалистов и критериев назначения противовирусной терапии.
