Data for etiology and pathogenesis, morphological and clinical manifestations of disease, diagnostic criteria and treatment guidelines for DEP are presented.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Обсуждается проблема дисциркуляторной энцефалопатии (ДЭП) - хронической цереброваскулярной патологии, характеризующейся многоочаговым или диффузным поражением головного мозга и проявляющейся комплексом неврологических и нейропсихологических расстройств.
