This review presents the current potentials for the chemotherapy of ACC; analysis of the effectiveness of different drugs and their combinations was performed. The advisability of use of EDP-M scheme, including mitotane in combination with etoposide, doxorubicin and cisplatin, for the treatment of ACC is explained.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Адренокортикальный рак (АКР) - редкое злокачественное образование, для которого до сих пор не разработаны стандарты лекарственной терапии. В обзоре представлены современные возможности химиотерапии АКР, проведен анализ эффективности различных лекарственных средств и их комбинаций.
