The main problems in the treatment of disease are considered; data on the efficacy and safety of strontium ranelate in osteoarthrosis are represented.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье приводятся современные представления о патогенезе остеоартроза, главные подходы к диагностике заболевания.
