To date, some success were achieved in the treatment and prevention of threatening preterm labor through the use of drugs that suppress the contractile activity of the uterus, which include magnesium-containing preparations.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье представлены наиболее значимые этиологические факторы развития угрозы преждевременных родов, способы терапии и профилактики.
