The article presents the results of evaluation of the effect of Refnot in combination with chemotherapy on the main indicators of immunity in patients with metastatic melanoma who had not received drug treatment for the disease dissemination previously. Immunophenotyping of peripheral blood lymphocytes using multiparameter cytometry was performed at different stages of treatment. In combination with chemotherapy, Refnot had a positive impact on the main T-cell populations, as well as on natural killer cells and their cytotoxic activity.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Новый отечественный иммуномодулятор Рефнот является гибридной молекулой двух биологически активных агентов - фактора некроза опухоли α и тимозина α 1. Представлены результаты исследования влияния Рефнота в сочетании с химиотерапией на основные показатели иммунитета у больных диссеминированной меланомой кожи, не получавших ранее лекарственного лечения по поводу диссеминации болезни. Проводили иммунофенотипирование лимфоцитов периферической крови с использованием многопараметрового цитометрического анализа на разных этапах лечения.
