Choice of cytostatics in case of the ineffectiveness of anthracyclines and taxanes is very difficult. Today, however, there is a new drug in the arsenal of oncologists -eribulin, which has many indisputable advantages, and the main advantage is the efficiency in anthracycline-taxane-resistant metastatic breast cancer, that allows to significantly increase the life expectancy of patients with preservation of quality of life.</p>
Однако сегодня в арсенале онкологов появился новый препарат - эрибулин, обладающий множеством неоспоримых достоинств, главными из которых является эффективность при антрациклин-таксано-резистентном метастатическом РМЖ, что позволяет существенно увеличить продолжительность жизни больных с сохранением ее качества.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>breast cancer</kwd><kwd>metastatic breast cancer</kwd><kwd>chemotherapy</kwd><kwd>eribulin</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак молочной железы</kwd><kwd>метастатический рак молочной железы</kwd><kwd>химиотерапия</kwd><kwd>эрибулин</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Cardoso F., Harbeck N., Fallowfield L., Kyriakides S., Senkus E.; ESMO Guidelines Working Group.
