The review describes the available literature data on the effect of polymorphisms of thrombophilia and platelet receptors genes on the course and prognosis of chronic liver diseases.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Скорость прогрессирования фиброза у разных пациентов варьируется и зависит от множества факторов, таких как расовая принадлежность, пол, возраст инфицирования, генотип вируса, наличие сопутствующих заболеваний, вредных привычек и др. В настоящее время наиболее актуальной задачей представляется выявление специфических генетических факторов прогрессирования фиброза, что позволит определить прогноз и тактику ведения таких пациентов.
