A number of clinical studies have analyzed the results of intravenous administration of iron preparations in different regimens for the treatment of IDA.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Показания к внутривенному введению препаратов железа для лечения железодефицитной анемии (ЖДА) включают неэффективность или плохую переносимость пероральных препаратов железа, тяжелую степень анемии, ЖДА в предоперационном периоде, ЖДА при воспалительных заболеваниях кишечника, сопровождающихся нарушением всасывания, также существуют рекомендации комплексной терапии со стимуляторами эритропоэза.
