Efficacy was evaluated according to the data of clinical, functional and ultrasonographic diagnostics of skin condition. Based on the assessment of the dynamics of morphological changes of the skin by confocal microscopy in vivo, positive structural changes of the dermal collagen matrix during therapy were revealed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье приведены результаты оценки эффективности применения препарата Белара (Этинилэстрадиол+Хлормадинон) в комбинированной терапии больных папулопустулезной формой акне, проведенной на основании клинико-функциональной и ультрасонографической диагностики состояния кожи.
