The article justifies the necessity of the use of industrially manufactured enriched foods for supplemental feeding in infants, especially juices, fruit and vegetable purees, which are sufficient source of trace elements and vitamins. The various components in the fruit and vegetable juices and purees allow to improve the health condition of children.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Рациональное вскармливание ребенка первого года жизни - одна из важнейших составляющих его гармоничного психомоторного развития, адекватного протекания иммунных реакций, устойчивости к воздействию инфекционных и других неблагоприятных факторов. В статье обосновывается необходимость использования обогащенных продуктов прикорма промышленного производства у детей раннего возраста, в первую очередь соков, фруктовых и овощных пюре, которые служат достаточным источником микроэлементов и витаминов.
